Salt
White pepper
Honey
Grape vinegar
Olive oil
Thai Avocado
Pomelo
Japaleno
Coriander
Instructions
1. Peel and cut avocado and pomelo. Slice japaleno
2. In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, honey, vinegar, and olive oil. Then add the cut ingredients from 1.
3. Add Thammachart Seafood cubed salmon in the bowl,mix well. Garnish with coriander. Serve cold.
