2 pcs Hairy Crab
1 tablespoon Tea leaves
1 tablespoon Chinese liquor (Baijiu)
2 tablespoon Sour sauce
1 teaspoon Old ginger
1. Using loose tea leaves and Chinese liquor (Baijiu) to steam the crab for 12 - 15 minutes.
2. Serves with Chinese light sour sauce and chopped old ginger.
3. Pair it with ginger water to balance your body's yin and yang.
