Thammachart Seafood, one of the key partners and sponsors of Seafood under the Stars 2026, participated in the annual flagship event organised by the Thai-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce (TNCC). The event plays an important role in promoting Norway’s image as a global source of premium-quality seafood, while serving as a significant platform for strengthening business networks between Thailand and Norway.


The event was officially opened by H.E. Mrs. Astrid Emilie Helle, Ambassador of Norway to Thailand. This was followed by remarks from Ms. Åshild Nakken, Director of the Norwegian Seafood Council (NSC) for the ASEAN region, who highlighted the excellence of Seafood from Norway and shared insights into Norway’s long-standing fishing traditions, deeply rooted in the pristine natural conditions of the cold northern seas. The programme also included a welcome address by Mr. Axel Blom, President of the Thai-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce, who expressed his appreciation to the event’s partners and sponsors.
Seafood under the Stars 2026 welcomed more than 300 participants from various sectors of the seafood industry. As a partner, Thammachart Seafood was pleased to contribute to the success of the event alongside numerous organisations that play a vital role in driving the sustainable development of the seafood industry in Thailand, across the region, and at the global level.

During the event, guests enjoyed a culinary experience showcasing Norwegian cuisine through specially curated menus prepared with high-quality ingredients, complemented by a live cooking station led by Executive Chef “Jib” Chapornpat Dapachutisan. The presentation skillfully combined Norwegian seafood with East-meets-West culinary concepts, creating an atmosphere conducive to professional exchange and business networking. The evening also featured a Lucky Draw activity, supported by various organisations, including Thammachart Seafood, which contributed prizes to add excitement and create memorable experiences for event participants.
