King or Chinook, regarded by many as the best salmon. High natural oil content, distinctive and attractive, marbled fat lines. Raised in South Island of NZ.
Heady aroma of smoked wood, mild sweet flavour of fish with pepper; silky and smooth melt-in-the-mouth texture of king salmon.
Keep well chilled. Store in ice or refrigerator (0-3C). Consume within 3 days of opening the pack. Do not exceed the expiry date. Do not freeze.
Ready-to-eat. Serve chilled on a dish with small fork. On bagels with cream cheese, red onion, tomato and capers. On crackers with crème fraiche, and sliced pickles, fresh cucumber, or tomatoes. Add to softly scramble eggs.
