Our salmon is imported following harvest and smoked in Thailand using age old methods.
Bright orange translucent flesh; velvety smooth creamy mouthfeel; delicate lightly smoked salmon flavour.
Keep well chilled. Store in ice or refrigerator (0-3C). Eat before expiry date. Consume within 3 days of opening the pack. Do not exceed the expiry date. Do not freeze.
Ready-to-eat. Serve chilled on a dish with small fork. On bagels with cream cheese, red onion, tomato and capers. On crackers with crème fraiche, and sliced pickles, fresh cucumber, or tomatoes. Add to softly scramble eggs.
