We took the lightest, flakiest puff pastry and gently wrapped a 500gm fillet of the finest, fresh Aurora Salmon. Baked in the oven until golden brown, it presents as a baker’s masterpiece, and you can’t help but say, “what’s inside?” As with all presents, the best bit’s in the middle, and wow, this is some surprise. A gentle cut through the crisp, brown pastry reveals the delicious salmon, baked to perfection. Topped with creamy white wine, lemon and dill sauce; ready to enjoy.
