Our Live tank right at the Dock has preserved the delicacy, tenderness and refined taste of this ‘Label Rouge Fine de Claire’ in their best form.
Label Rouge Fine De Claire is green, delicate and tender with an earthy taste which blends with the delicate, salty flavours. Its typical colour comes from the presence of a micro-algae from which the oyster takes the pigment marennine. With high water content, it is particularly popular with lovers of slightly meaty oysters.
Label Rouge Fine De Claire is the first seafood with a red label. It was selected by fresh quality and nice green color characteristics of itself. Red label was given by the French Ministry of Agriculture. The label means a product of superior quality with the highly demanding quality control regime also guarantee the quality and the freshness of the oyster.
