Instructions

1. Soak cedar plank in salted water for 2 hours, then drain.
 
 
2. Preheat oven to 170 degrees C. In the meantime in a big tray, mix Dijon mustard, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Add  Thammachart Seafood Family pack salmon and let marinate for 10 min.

 

3. Place the salmon on the soaked cedar plank, put in the oven for 25 mins.
 
 
4.Season tomatoes with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Put them on skewers and put in the oven 5 min

before the salmon is done.

 

Serve hot.
